Service: Riley's Way and Crown Club
Role: Runs the parent account, child profile, consent, support, safety review, privacy request, rewards, wishlist, and Crown Club program experience.
Child information: Nickname, age path, avatar, permissions, activity progress, rewards, wishlist choices, saved responses where enabled, photo/moderation records where separately allowed, support/safety records, and limited technical information.
Purpose: To provide and protect the parent-managed Crown Club service.
Storage: Retained and deleted according to the Riley's Way Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice.
Shopify
Service: Riley's Way store and checkout
Role: Runs the storefront checkout, parent transactions, orders, and membership purchase confirmation.
Child information: The app is designed not to send child profile content to Shopify. Parent checkout and order information is processed for purchases and membership matching.
Purpose: To process parent purchases and confirm eligible Crown Club memberships.
Storage: Handled under Shopify checkout, order, payment, and account systems.
Supabase
Service: Database, authentication, and private storage
Role: Supports parent login, child profiles, consent records, app data, private photo review storage, and audit records.
Child information: Child profile data, consent records, activity progress, rewards, wishlist choices, moderation records, and private photo records where separately allowed.
Purpose: To store, secure, and retrieve the Crown Club app data needed to run the service.
Storage: Stored in the Riley's Way Supabase project and deleted through Riley's Way retention and deletion workflows.
Netlify
Service: App hosting and delivery
Role: Hosts and delivers the Crown Club web app and related server functions.
Child information: Limited technical information such as requests, IP address, browser/session data, and security logs may be processed to deliver and protect the app.
Purpose: To host, deliver, secure, and maintain the Crown Club app.
Storage: Handled through the app hosting and logging systems used for delivery and security.
