Riley's Way Crown ClubLast updated: June 2, 2026. This policy explains the intended privacy posture for the Riley's Way Crown Club app.
Parents and guardians create accounts first. Riley's Way is designed so children do not open independent checkout accounts or public profiles.
The app may collect parent account details, child nickname, child age, age path, consent records, membership status, app activity needed to deliver Fresh Drops, and moderated photo or community submissions if those features are enabled.
Riley's Way is designed around parent notice and consent before collecting personal information from children under 13. Parents can ask to review, correct, or delete child profile information.
Membership purchases are handled through secure checkout. Riley's Way uses order and membership information to confirm access, but payment details are processed by payment providers.
Riley's Way should not sell child data or use child information for targeted advertising. Child information should be used to provide the app, maintain safety, and support the parent-led experience.
Child profiles should use nicknames only. Riley's Way should avoid collecting location, direct contact details for children, school names, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Reports, moderation decisions, parent warnings, and content review records may be kept to protect families and enforce community rules.
Parents can edit or remove child profiles from the dashboard, revoke consent, or ask that child information be deleted, subject to records needed for security, legal, billing, or safety reasons.
Parents can submit a logged request for Riley's Way review from the privacy request page.
