Children do not manage billing, public profiles, direct messages, or location-sharing features. Riley's Way does not create public child profiles.
Community Photos, photo uploads, and Kind Words reactions are currently closed.
Parents can try synthetic samples in Starter Preview. Eligible paid families can complete consent and child-profile setup; approved Fresh Drops remain scheduled for January–June 2027. Photo and community features stay closed until their safeguards are ready.
A parent or guardian creates the account and controls access. Eligible paid members complete parent verification and consent before adding nickname-only child profiles. The app verifies that each child profile belongs to the signed-in parent.
Kind Words reactions are currently closed with Community Photos. Before they can open, they require approved phrases, the parent's community consent, and a child profile belonging to that parent.
Riley's Way asks for a nickname and birthday so it can place each child in the right age group. Child profiles do not require full names, public handles, school names, or locations.
Riley's Way does not allow private adult-to-child messaging, public child contact details, location sharing, or unapproved adult community access.
Parents can report bullying, unsafe adult behavior, privacy concerns, inappropriate content, account concerns, or other safety issues for review.
Photo uploads are not available now. Before they can open, parent-submitted hair photos require separate permission, metadata stripping, technical screening, private storage, human review, and parent deletion controls.
Bullying, unsafe adult behavior, identifying details, location sharing, and harsh appearance comments do not belong in Riley's Way.
