Use the report concern page so bullying, harsh words, unsafe adult behavior, or photo/privacy issues are recorded for review.

My child is in the wrong age path

Age paths are based on the child profile age. Parents can edit the nickname or age from the dashboard, and the app recalculates the path.

I need to remove a child profile

Parents can remove a child profile from the dashboard. This removes the profile and basic consent records while preserving parent-level safety history.

I need a privacy or child data review

Use the privacy request page when a parent needs Riley's Way to review, correct, or delete child information.

I want to cancel or change membership

Membership billing is handled through secure checkout. App access follows the latest membership or support status.
