Access help
Most access issues are email-matching issues.
Parents should use the same email at checkout and in the Riley's Way app.
- If checkout is complete but access is not active yet, the purchase may be waiting as a pending invite.
- If a parent used a different email at checkout, access may need manual support matching.
- Purchases are completed by a parent or guardian through checkout. Children cannot purchase directly.
