Children's Privacy Notice

Before a child profile opens, the parent gets this notice.

Effective and last updated: July 31, 2026. This page gives the simple version of what Riley's Way uses, why it is needed, and what choices parents have.

Why you are seeing this

Crown Club is parent-managed. Before Riley's Way activates a child profile or collects covered information for a child under 13, the parent must receive this notice and give verified permission.

Information used for the child profile

Riley's Way may use a nickname, birthday or age path, avatar, parent-child profile link, permission settings, membership eligibility, Child Mode activity, Fresh Drop progress, rewards, badges, wishlist choices, support records, safety records, and limited technical information.

How it is used

We use this information to place the child in the right age group, show age-appropriate Crown Club content, save progress, protect the account, respond to parent requests, and keep the service safe.

What this consent does not include

Core Crown Club consent does not include photo upload, Community Photos sharing, targeted advertising, sale of child information, or third-party AI model training.

Optional features

Private photo review and Community Photos each need separate permission. A parent can say no to those optional features without blocking the main Crown Club experience.

Your choices

You can review, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for child information through the parent dashboard, the privacy request page, or customersupport@rileysway.com.

Parent choice

Consent is separate from signup.

A parent can create an adult account first. Child profile consent, photo permission, and Community Photos permission are separate choices.
