Read this before child-profile consent.

This complete notice explains what Riley's Way proposes to collect for a parent-managed Crown Club child profile, how the information is used, which provider list applies, and what choices parents have before consent.

Provider list

Riley’s Way Crown Club is a parent-managed service for girls ages 6 through 16. Before Riley’s Way activates this child profile or collects covered personal information from or about a child under 13, we need to provide this notice and obtain verifiable permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.

WHAT RILEY’S WAY PROPOSES TO COLLECT

If you provide consent, Riley’s Way may collect or process the following information for this child profile:

  • A nickname selected by you;
  • Date of birth, age, or age-group placement;
  • Avatar selection;
  • The profile’s connection to your parent account;
  • Your consent and permission settings;
  • Content eligibility and membership status;
  • Child Mode activity needed to provide Crown Club;
  • Fresh Drops viewed or completed;
  • Activity completions;
  • Crown Wins;
  • Reward points, badges, and reward progress;
  • Wishlist selections;
  • Saved reflection or journal responses, if an enabled feature saves them;
  • Limited device, session, Internet Protocol address, security, and technical information;
  • Support, privacy, safety, and moderation records; and
  • Other information specifically described to you before an optional feature is used.

Riley’s Way does not require the child’s public full name, school, address, personal telephone number, personal email address, public contact details, social-media handle, or precise geolocation for a standard Crown Club child profile.

HOW RILEY’S WAY WILL USE THE INFORMATION

Riley’s Way will use the information to:

  • Create and maintain the parent-managed child profile;
  • Place the child in the correct age group;
  • Deliver age-appropriate Crown Club content;
  • Provide Child Mode;
  • Save requested activity and reward progress;
  • Maintain wishlist selections;
  • Protect account and child safety;
  • Prevent fraud or unauthorized access;
  • Respond to your support or privacy requests; and
  • Comply with applicable law.

Riley’s Way does not sell personal information from or about minors, use it for targeted advertising, create advertising profiles about minors, or use child information to train general-purpose or third-party artificial-intelligence models.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Riley’s Way may allow properly restricted app-hosting, database, authentication, cloud-storage, email, technical-security, customer-support, and moderation providers to process limited child information only to perform services for Riley’s Way.

These providers are required to protect child information and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising, profiling, sale, model training, or unrelated purposes.

OPTIONAL PHOTOS AND COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE

Your consent to the basic Crown Club child profile does not include photo uploads or Community Photos disclosure.

Riley’s Way will request separate permission before collecting or privately reviewing a child photograph.

Riley’s Way will request another separate permission before an approved photograph may become visible to other parent-approved Crown Club families.

You may consent to the collection and use of the child’s information for basic Crown Club services without consenting to optional Community Photos disclosure.

HOW PARENTAL VERIFICATION WORKS

For a paid Crown Club membership, Riley’s Way may verify parental consent through a qualifying credit-card, debit-card, or online-payment transaction that provides notice of the discrete transaction to the primary account holder.

The free Parent Starter Preview is an adult-only demonstration with sample content. It does not create or activate a real child profile or collect child profile information. A real child profile requires eligible paid membership access and the required verified parental consent before activation.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

  • Review the categories and personal information Riley’s Way maintains for the child;
  • Request correction;
  • Request deletion;
  • Withdraw consent;
  • Refuse further collection or use;
  • Decline optional photo collection;
  • Decline optional Community Photos disclosure; and
  • Delete the child profile.

You may exercise these rights through the parent dashboard, at https://app.rileysway.com/privacy-request, or by emailing customersupport@rileysway.com.

If you do not provide consent, Riley’s Way will not activate the child profile or begin covered child-data collection.

Information collected only to provide this notice and obtain your consent will be deleted within 30 days if consent is not completed.
