Starter Preview is one free seven-day adult parent demonstration per email address, ever. Choose one, several, or all three age groups; they all count as the same preview. Its 168 hours start immediately when you claim it. The app shows your exact start and end in Eastern Time. Changing age groups, returning, or deleting an account does not restart it. It does not automatically become a paid membership. It may show sample Fresh Drops, sample age-group screens, generic rewards, generic routines, and sample parent-dashboard screens, but it does not collect or save a real child nickname, birthday, child identifier, child activity, reflection, reward, badge, wishlist, notification, photo, or child moderation record.
Paid Crown Club includes scheduled Fresh Drops for each eligible child age group. Approved releases are currently scheduled for January–June 2027; no Fresh Drops are available before their release dates. It also supports private reflection questions, Crown Care Routines, videos or images when attached to a drop, and age-matched Crown Shop wishlist items for parent review.
A membership purchase is matched to the parent account by email. Parents should use the same email at checkout and in the Riley's Way app.
Use one active paid membership per email. Contact Membership help at customersupport@rileysway.com before buying another plan so we can update your existing membership and confirm its billing and access dates. A second order does not add child profiles to your current plan.
No. Riley's Way is parent-led. Parents handle checkout, accounts, consent, and child profile setup.
A parent or guardian starts every account. Little Dreamers and Rising Stars stay parent-managed because children under 13 need parent consent and oversight. Future Leaders can receive more teen-appropriate prompts, reflection, and leadership content, but the account, billing, safety settings, photo or community permissions, and support contact stay parent-controlled.
Parents add the child's birthday during profile setup. Riley's Way uses that birthday to place the child in Little Dreamers, Rising Stars, or Future Leaders, so Child Mode shows content written for her age group.
Yes. The avatar is a private app image, not a real photo and not a public profile. A parent can sit with the child and let her choose from Riley's Way avatar options while the parent still controls the account, nickname-only profile, and safety settings.
Family plans support up to 3 child profiles under one parent account. $35/month for up to 3 children. $199 for 6 months for up to 3 children. $385/year for up to 3 children. Family access can cover any mix of Little Dreamers, Rising Stars, and Future Leaders, and each child only sees the content for her own age group.

No. Riley's Way provides parent-led confidence, reflection, natural hair pride, and family conversation support. It does not replace medical care, mental health care, emergency support, or advice from a licensed professional.
Workshop-style drops and extra resources appear only when Riley's Way schedules and approves them. The core app experience is built around parent-led Fresh Drops, reflection, routines, safety settings, and age-group content.
The purchase is ready to connect. When the parent creates an app account with the same email used at checkout, Riley's Way can connect that membership access.
