Last updated: July 31, 2026. Version 2026-07-31-terms. These Terms apply to parent-led use, purchases, membership access, subscriptions, privacy-linked controls, and safety expectations for Riley's Way and Crown Club.
These Terms govern the Riley's Way storefront, app.rileysway.com, Crown Club memberships, parent accounts, child profiles, digital content, products, support, privacy-request tools, and related services.

At this initial launch, Riley's Way and Crown Club sales, checkout, and app enrollment are open to customers and parent-led families in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia while broader availability is prepared. International visitors are welcome to explore public pages, but purchase, paid membership, parent account, child profile, Child Mode, and enrollment access are enabled only for the initial U.S. launch area until required tax, checkout, shipping, subscription, privacy, and provider settings are verified for additional locations.
Crown Club memberships are parent-led. A parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old must create and control the account, accept these Terms, complete checkout, manage billing, provide or decline child-data consent, supervise Child Mode, and manage child-profile access. A child does not accept commercial Terms.
By creating a parent account or child profile, the adult confirms that they are the child's parent or legal guardian and have authority to manage the child's Crown Club access and permissions.
Crown Club is parent-led. Parents remain responsible for choosing when and how a child uses the app, reviewing prompts, supervising Child Mode, and responding to safety or privacy concerns.
Parents must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, use the same adult email for checkout and the app when possible, and promptly report suspected account misuse.
Crown Club child profiles are designed for girls ages 6 through 16. Children do not accept commercial Terms, complete checkout, manage billing, or control the parent account.
Riley's Way uses parent-provided age information only to place a child in Little Dreamers, Rising Stars, or Future Leaders and to provide age-appropriate content.
Regular paid plans are Individual Monthly at $15 per month for one child, Individual 6-Month at $85 every six months for one child, Individual Annual at $165 per year for one child, Family Monthly at $35 per month for up to three children, Family 6-Month at $199 every six months for up to three children, and Family Annual at $385 per year for up to three children.
Starter Preview is a free adult parent demonstration. It does not require payment information, does not automatically convert to paid, and does not create or activate a real child profile before required verification and consent.
Paid membership plans renew automatically at the selected billing frequency unless canceled before the next renewal date through the online cancellation method or support process described in the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing a paid membership, the adult customer authorizes Riley's Way, Shopify, and applicable payment providers to charge the selected amount, applicable taxes, and future renewal charges for the selected plan.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Riley's Way does not claim that purchases are tax free.
Promotional or founding offers apply only when the offer page clearly states the eligible plan, promotional price, normal renewal price, renewal frequency, start and end terms or cap, automatic-renewal status, cancellation terms, refund terms, and U.S.-only eligibility. Crown Club Founding Individual Annual is $150 per year for one child and limited to the first 50 Founding Individual families. Crown Club Founding Family Annual is $350 per year for up to three children and limited to the first 50 Founding Family families. Both launch offers begin August 1, 2026 while founding inventory remains available.
Unless a verified promotional term states otherwise, memberships renew at the regular price for the selected plan in effect for that customer at renewal. The founding annual launch offers renew annually at their founding annual price while the founding subscription remains active unless cancelled before the next billing date; the founding discount is not limited to the first term.
If payment fails, Riley's Way or its subscription provider may retry payment, place access in a grace period, suspend access, or cancel future access according to the disclosed subscription terms.
Parents may cancel online without calling or speaking to a live representative. Cancellation stops future charges and states the access end date.
After cancellation, paid access generally remains available through the current paid term unless a safety issue, fraud issue, chargeback, account misuse, or legal requirement requires earlier restriction.
Ordinary subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current or past paid term. Membership fees are not refundable after access begins except where required by law or where Riley's Way verifies a billing error, duplicate charge, fraud issue, chargeback correction, or other account correction.
Riley's Way may change future prices with notice required by law. Price changes do not authorize charges without required notice or consent.
Riley's Way may add, remove, limit, delay, or modify features, content, rewards, photo tools, community tools, or provider integrations to protect children, comply with law, maintain security, or improve the service.
Riley's Way provides parent-led confidence, natural-hair pride, routines, reflection, rewards, and educational support. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Riley's Way is not an emergency service. For urgent safety, medical, mental-health, abuse, self-harm, or law-enforcement concerns, contact emergency services or qualified local help.
Families must use Riley's Way respectfully, lawfully, personally, and only for the parent-led family or customer purpose offered.
Users may not bully, harass, shame, threaten, exploit, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, bypass parent controls, scrape the service, disrupt systems, upload malicious files, or use Riley's Way for illegal or harmful conduct.
Users may not attempt to collect child contact details, engage in adult predator or grooming behavior, encourage account sharing, request private child communication, publish child identifiers, or use Community or photo features outside the approved parent-controlled process.
Community Photos is disabled for launch. Private photo submission is unavailable unless Riley's Way enables it after all required privacy and safety protections pass. No child photo may be used for marketing without a separate written release.
A parent remains responsible for content the parent submits. The parent grants Riley's Way a limited license to host, process, moderate, display where separately authorized, and remove submitted content only as needed to provide, protect, and administer the service.
Riley's Way may remove content, restrict features, revoke permissions, suspend accounts, or escalate safety concerns when needed to protect children, enforce these Terms, investigate reports, or comply with law.
Riley's Way names, logos, prompts, graphics, videos, app screens, routines, Fresh Drops, badges, rewards, and other materials are owned by Riley's Way or its licensors and are provided for personal family use only.
Users may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, scrape, train models on, or commercially reuse Riley's Way materials unless Riley's Way gives written permission.
If a user sends feedback, Riley's Way may use it to improve the service without owing compensation, while still protecting personal information under the Privacy Policy.
Points, badges, rewards, discounts, and wishlists are part of the Crown Club experience, have no cash value unless Riley's Way expressly says otherwise, may expire under the disclosed reward rules, and may be corrected if awarded in error.
Shopify, payment processors, hosting, authentication, email, database, storage, and other providers may support Riley's Way. Third-party terms may apply to their services where disclosed.
The Riley's Way Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice explains personal-information practices and controls any conflict with these Terms about privacy, child data, consent, retention, or deletion.
Riley's Way may suspend or terminate access for payment failure, fraud, chargebacks, safety concerns, prohibited conduct, account misuse, unauthorized access, or legal reasons.
Termination ends access to the service, but Riley's Way may retain limited records as described in the Privacy Policy, Subscription and Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
Riley's Way works to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or feature changes may affect availability.
To the extent allowed by law, Riley's Way provides the service as available and disclaims warranties that are not required by law. Nothing in these Terms waives child-safety duties, privacy rights, fraud claims, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Riley's Way's liability is limited to direct damages caused by Riley's Way. This limit does not apply where the law prohibits the limit.
Parents are responsible for misuse caused by sharing credentials, failing to supervise Child Mode, submitting inaccurate information, or allowing unauthorized use of the parent account, except where the law provides otherwise.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, subject to mandatory consumer and child-privacy protections. Appropriate Michigan courts are the venue for disputes unless applicable consumer law requires another venue.
These Terms do not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Riley's Way may update these Terms. Riley's Way will post the updated version, update the effective date, provide notice of material changes where required, and require renewed acceptance where required for paid or child-profile use.
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Riley's Way may assign these Terms as part of a lawful business transaction. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable purchase policies are the entire agreement for the service.
